Don Campbell is currently Chief Executive of Whitireia Community Polytechnic having led the organisation through significant change over the last three years.

Prior to that, Don was Chief Executive of Tai Poutini Polytechnic leading it during a period of rapid growth from 500 students (EFTS) to over 3,200 over a period of six years. This included the expansion of campuses and programmes on the West Coast as well as industry, including specialisations, throughout New Zealand.

Don has served on the Board of ITPNZ, is a member of the Whitireia Foundation, trustee of the Digital Porirua Trust and member of the Porirua Performing Arts Trust Committee.
