Ginny Radford has a commercial background in the areas of education, human resources, and communication. As well as 10 years teaching in the formal education system, she has had more than 20 years working with girls and adults in informal education, both in New Zealand and internationally. She has held senior executive roles with Fletcher Challenge; been World Chairman of international Girl Guiding; and chairman of a family retail company. With current governance roles in the commercialisation of university research (Otago Innovation Ltd),  international inter-cultural education (AFS International Programmes), and funding support for the largest global organisation for girls and young women, she brings an external perspective to ITPQ. She is an accredited member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
